Sarah Farnia, PA-CPhysician Assistant
Sarah Farnia was born and raised in Brookfield Wisconsin. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from the University of Minnesota. She then began her Master’s in Physician Assistant studies at Lincoln Memorial University, The DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate Tennessee. She then moved to Houston and began her career as a physician Assistant.
Sarah joined Memorial Bone and Joint in the spring of 2015. She has been board certified for over three years and is an active member for the Texas Academy for Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She plays a vital role in the team, both in clinic and in the operating room. She is able to evaluate, diagnose and treat patients in clinic and assists Dr. Kreuzer in Surgery. She also rounds in the hospital and performs in office procedures such as injections and aspirations.
Sarah lives in the Heights, a culturally diverse and casual Neighborhood of Houston. In her spare time she participates in many athletic activities, is an avid crossfitter and enjoys spending quality time with her miniature labradoodle, Stella.
